The Panchkutta packs fine Sangri (Prosopis cineraria) , ker/kair (Capparis decidua), gunda (gumberry) , Amchur slice (mango), Kachri (Hedychium Spicatum) and dried kumatiya (Aceasia senegal) seeds. Made from the dried ingredients, this Panchkutta is said to the king of the Royal Kitchen. This delicacy is best served and enjoyed with Bajre ki Roti - one of Rajasthan's savoured dish. Just soak the ingredients Overnight, boil and cook with adequate masala.
